Where is Sigma service center (S)?

I got a Sigma 70-300mm, but now it always turn off my camero automatically when i'm shoting, then the film's not moving..so i have to find any service center to repair it. But it's not under warranty, so you ppls think how? btw, i'm using a EOS 33, may be not compatiable with the camero?

I think it's at pasir panjang... alternatively can repair at TCW or the camera hospital at Sunshine Plaza
