I think that a photo as dramatic as this one is either hated or loved by those who view it.

Yes, I would agree with your assessment, but for me I really like the bright colours and the sharpness and detail of the building. They sky is also very dramatic looking. I think that you have created a dramatic contrast between the sky and the building.... To me, the sky is cold and menacing... the building is warm and safe.

There is a place for this type of photography. It is creative, colourful and provocative. Well done!

It's was taken after the sunset (what we called blue hour). And no filter was used for this shot.

Bought the 5DMkIII days before the trip and glad to say, the camera outperformed my 7D by miles
