I think TS is concerned that the overzealous lifeguards/security guards of today will ask him to get out of the pool as he cannot shoot underwater model shoot for security and public safety concerns. :bsmilie:

I don't think photography is allowed at public pools the Singapore sports council. I was once stopped by the lifeguard, even thought I was clearly just taking snapshots of my girlfriend(at a corner where there's no one else)

Yes most of you are correct....that why Im looking for a pool that can allow to shoot when wearing a dress.

You will need a private pool.

If you have a friend or clients who has a house with a nice swimming pool, this will work.

Forget about public pool or even Condo's pool as they won't allow you to do the shoot in it. Just my experiences.

Hart

Club pool must write in and ask for permission too.

try looking for scuba diving companies. most have their own pools or they noe where have such pools.
juz a note, their pools might be very deep.
hope this helped.

Usually in this type of situation either you need to have a recommendation/referral/friendlyhelp or you need to pay some money. Sports council pools are out.

2006, we rented NTU diving pool. I dont have the contact now after changing a dozen phones but u may try googling and make some phone calls :)

how u guys to fix the problem of chlorine effect in photo ?

Just wanna ask...what is chlorine effect in photos?

Maybe u can use a bleach?
The last i check if there is a problem with dirty mucky water.....just dont shoot...cos it will show in photo...
or u can choose a good day....where they have clean the pool and have good sunshine...

Quite a number conduct their pool lessons at Outram Secondary School's pool.

I don't know about SSC's pools, but no harm giving a call. It appears they are available for private booking by 'Organizations'.

Sports Corporate - Rates & Charges for Swimming Complexes

They don't specifically state whether activity like an underwater shoot is prohibited or not... no harm asking? They can only say no.
