You can take a quick read from my review of the Domke F2 via my blog which I did sometime back. With proper packing, you can stuff in your intended stuff, with more. The drawback? You cant have a lens attached to your DSLR. With the ThinkTank Retrospective, you can. . Its down to your preference.
With the Domke's you can also buy the backpack sling, turning your F2 / J Series into a backpack. But take note that it does not balance as well as a full spec'ed backpack. It does however, run extremely cool as it does not have foam padding to block your spine/shoulders.
This harness cost about S$40.

Kodak Tri-X 400 is another favourite.
