Where can i process poster size photo from my zip disk and how much will it cost? Can normal Kodak n Fuji shops do it or got any other recommendations?

You will need to go to pro labs like RGB, Colour Lab, FotoHub, etc where they have the proper equipment. Bear in mind that most consumer/prosumer digicams does not have a good enough image quality to be blown up to poster size. Cost will be on the high side, if I am not wrong, a 20 x 30" already cost ~ $80.

Depends on what sort of quality you are after. I once did a A1 size poster. That's 4 times the size of an A3. Of course the quality is not really photo quality, but sometimes, size does matter. Price was below $50. What sort of size are you after and what is the resolution of your image?
