Where do i look for film maker that can help me to make a video for my niece 1year bd

Hi i was thinking to make my niece a video for her 1year old birthday coming next week.

I Have photo of her since she was born last year. I been to those wedding dinner and was impressed by the photographer able to create video on the same day the photos was taken.

Any one can help me in where and who provide this making of video showcase using photo?

How much is the pricing of this fees also?

Most photographer or even a videographer will be able to do this, if I get you right you are planning to engage a photographer and edit your compilation of photos like as in a slideshow. There's a clear distinction between photographer, videographer or film-makers.
