For Nikon products, not so sure whether it does rental. But for Canon, i know Canon Digital Media Hub does.

We do have consumer to prosumer models for try and buy.
For DSLR only the EOS 300D model is avaliable.

You can get back the rental fee when you purchase any canon camera within a month from the rental date (return date).
