if you want you can make one yourself using cardboard, paint it black and cut according to the pattern you want..

btw, i think you should just link the images, these images have copyrights i believe..

saves u the money..
And u get the flexibility of cutting the shapes u like..
I'm not good at art and crafts but still, managed to cut some shapes myself..
You can also get those 'hole punchers' with the shape u want..
