i got mine from them after my friend introduced me to them. The sales staff is very helpful. They are a precision engineering company but they have served many indie filmmakers who get the rails from them. I heard from the sales guy some clients even fly from indonesia to buy the slider so the company is really surprised by the response from the film community.
Only issue is.. u will have to "zhng" it like drill & tap a 1/4-20 threaded hole on the sliding plate to accomodate a tripod head. I also put a stopper at each end to prevent the sliding plate from sliding off the rail. But its really good fun. & very cheap. About $200+ I think. Best thing is that they can cut the rail to any length u want. So mine is 120cm, which is just nice for me
Got my slider from Igus last year.
I drilled a 3/8" hole on the carriage to mount a fluid head.
On the rail I drilled 2 x 1/4" holes and a 3/8" hole for tripod mounting.
