thank you , garagex & rockstarwatercooler :-)

how can i get to the burlighton square ?which MRT station i need to get down ?

rockstarwatercooler, i use pentax 645 system , so ,i want to buy some lens (second hand) for my camara :-)

an then , Ruby Photo Co & Triple D , they are selling new camara or second hand camara ?

Ruby doesn't sell cameras except for Lomography, as far as I know. But they do sell alot of traditional photography stuff... films, solutions, studio lights, etc etc. Triple D processes films and sells films and only have a handful of Lomography cameras for sale. 2nd hand lenses you could try The Camera Workshop, just round the corner from Ruby. Or you could search on this forum's Buy & Sell.

To triple D:

Burlighton suare is next to sim lim square, if you know where's sim lim sqaure.

this is my usual route, my direction instrcution may nt be up to standard, so forgive me.

take mrt to bugis station, go through bugis village, cross the road to get to another side, walk straight and you will pass-by OG ( on your right), then continue to walk atraight, you will see a traffic light and cross it. you will see burligton qaure building( with its name on it already)

As far as I've seen, triple d is selling only lomo cameras such as holga, pinhole holga and I think I saw Blackbird fly.

I saw ruby selling diana plus and I love the multi colour holga, however, I've already gt my holga... so too bad.

Lens wise, I think u can try penisula buildings, becase some shops till sells film format camera, i saw many trl as well. I cant recommend you any shops because have bought anything from there before, just went window shopping.

I hoope others can aid you more.

cheers! and enjoy exploring! :D

Just go Peninsula Plaza. Across the road on both sides (Peninsula Hotel ground floor and Adelphi in the basement) you will find loads of shops for both new and used camera's. Ruby's is indeed a good shop, while in Singapore I always drop by for 120 films. The uncle in the shop is very nice and helpful.

Yeah, looks like its the only option if you want that film type.
I'm just a bit cautious about getting film sent over based on the concerns over the x-ray machines etc.

then i buy on ebay,
I bought before, films arrived within one week.

if under ISO800 is ok.
i travel to taipei before. and all my films are work very fine.

I get almost all my film overseas - 35mm, 120, Polaroids, 4x5 - USA, UK, Japan ... they just don't have my favorites here (Ilford yes, but my faves always sold out, easier to buy them overseas together with the rest) ... I have brought in Neopan Super Presto 1600 and other 800 several times, no problems at all, perfect.

The shops here/film companies have to ship the stuff in anyway, and they will probably go to the same process, especially with the security problems the world has these days.

I think the problem is when one tries to go through the Xrays with already exposed 800 ASA++ film, although I did that and never had problems either. Don't blame me though, I am not advocating it, just sharing experiences :).

i agree with clubgrit.
also price is one of my concern, buying film from ebay seems cheaper.
