When do you know its time to upgrade your camera?

Like what kkgoxplore says: When your buddies got bigger guns.

Its time to Upgrade (even though new) when:
- my friends own: FF + F2.8 70-200mm +200mm prime +180mm Macro +10-18mm wideangle +++; and
- I own: DX with 1 Kit lens + 1 prime.

Eating bread and water daily to get that trinity set!!

Don't care if I can't use them so ending up my subjects are blur and my background is sharp! I just want to BUY!!! Battlecry: KEEP UP WITH THE JONES!!...I mean KEEP UP WITH THE TANs and LIMs

Well, I moved from 1000D to 550D to 40D in less than 4 months, but it because luck factor (somebody throws 550D with bargain price while I can sell my 1000D for some reasonable addition to get it, and jump to 40D with spare money from my 550D deal to get extra lens).

But yes, they say that it's the man behind the gun that matters...
