If you ask that qn then it's not the time to upgrade.
My upgrading reasons: 1. Camera spoil
2. You need better mechanical features to venture into specific areas of photography which the camera you hold currently faces the difficulty to cope. E.g. af system slow for fast moving action, fps low, buffering of raw images slow or working with low light with no flashes allowed and all you can depend on is high iso. Then some models aren't that good at high ISO performances.
Of course that is provided you have tried various techniques and the body doesn't quite meet up to your expectations.
