E.g., baby clothing’s. For 6 months old. And what's the rate for shooting it? Like per design rate or package together?

1.) What's the requirement needed for product shoot?
2.) Background color?
3.) Extra lightening?
4.) What are the preferred lenses to use?

Would be appreciated if any “Products shoot” pros can answer my questions.

Regards,
Dennis.

think 1,2,3,4 u already know... cos your pics already up to standard. u should know what to use already... besides that, u should ask your client about 2 instead. cos they might have their own preference. u could give them in digital blue or digital green so they can remove the background with transparency. or if they have a theme, then just stick to it.

u should ask them for their budget, if its too low then forget it, if its good, then u take, if its above your expectation, give discount (very very seldom), estimate 1 product how many views, how many products, then total how many shots. then u see amount of time needed per shot. then estimate about 50-100 per hour, u guess lor... if need to do touch up, then additional cost.

ooops... think i mistake your nick with this guy...

anyway 1,3,4 is by your skill level, if u are not able to produce results, then u better pass it on... my 2 cents. if its just a PnS session, then ok, if they wan professional looking at PnS price, then u have a tough time.

its easy to take ebay style, its hard to take catalog style. maybe u should read up on it.
