how much is that as an investment? does the benefits offset the cost compared to other measures.

like to ask with regards to the distance you blow from. a few cm, 5cm, more than 10cm?

There is a problem with using compresed air and that is it colder than normal air, and therefore possible condensation might occur if moisture trap are not used. So becareful in using the airbrush - compressor approach.

Hmmmm..... Cathay Photo is located in Peninsular Plaza.......there's also a shop in the vicinity with literally "SEX SHOP" as its signboard. I'm sure that they both sell all kinds of "blowers".

Yes. I personally dare anyone to step into either shop and ask them for a "GOOD SQUEEZE"..... and maintain a straight face at the same time! :bsmilie:

I use Falcon compressed gas duster.

And if you use while can in inverted, it makes for a great way to kill bugs (by freezing them - no mess!)

I'm lazy to use my wrists to pump that small rubber bulb. (I've got the blue Swiss blower, though). Don't agree with blowing with the mouth though. Not enough power, and you'd be introducing moisture onto your lens surfaces.

From my experience, this is not the case. The gas coming out of the nozzle is at room temperature. Condensation is not likely to occur. But one must be careful not to get any of the propellent onto the camera surfaces, and this could happen when the can is tilted. Always do a test-blast first before using it on your camera.

It's not recommended for blowing into the mirror chamber as well. Will probably make things worse.
