you even more poison then me... haaa... btw, where can we get one of these lens??

It's not available yet, if it's, would be from chiff.

Lumix 25mm F1.4 for great portrait and 14-45mm the sharpest zoom lens

My fav is 20mm. Sold n buy back. Always thought 25mmf1.4 can replace it but I just love the size of 20mm.

My favorite is the 45mm 1.8 after just trying for a few hrs fresh from japan. Now i know why this lens is highly regarded... bought at a good price for only $350 with hood and eye cup 11 after conversion

That's a bargain

My fave lens will be O45mm and O60mm for primes. For zoom, will be P45-150mm as that the only one I own. :)

I've only used the P14-45mm, P20mm & O45mm. So far my favorite among them is still the O45mm. It focuses really fast even on my wife's GF3. This is important because my primary subjects are my children who zip around so quickly. :D Most of my shots are indoor portraits with whatever light I can get.

Using oly body but favourite lenses are all pana ones, 14mm, 25mm and 35-100mm.

Well... I loved the humble Oly 14-42mm and 40-150mm kit lenses. Used them all the time, cover all my needs... never think of going to other lenses except to get a Pany 100-300mm to cover my tele reach and an Oly 65mm macro to shoot critters.

14-42mm
40-150mm

I wish I could get such great results with such lenses. I guess it has to do with what I normally shoot, sports, and how I'm always quick to get the shot.

i find the 25mm f1.4 not suitable for a newbie like me : (

i think quite difficult to get focus right because of the very shallow DOF. of course can stop down to 2.8 or more, but then a bit wasted lah : )

Weird statement. I don't even know where to begin to counter this.....

Practice will make you better. Try everything, even the wrong things, so you won't be a noobie any more.

I think every lens has its virtues and it all depends on the users. For me, i really love voigtlander 25mm f/0.95 and the Olympus 75mm f1.8. First i love how Voigtlander is built (Solid) even tho it comes with a manual focusing, it is nevertheless sharp, fast and good built, and compared to a Noctilux which is USD15k, this lens is fairly cheap, and i love the built and speed of 75mm Olympus too. Fast, and works with OMD to give really good quality pic.

My fav and most used is 14 2.5

My most practical lens is Panasonic 12-35mm f2.8.

My most practical lens is Panasonic 12-35mm f2.8.

For me $1500 and "practical" very hard to put in the same sentence ha ha.

Anyway my favourite is Panasonic 20/1.7. Cheap and good. If Olympus 17/1.8 was cheaper then that may be my favourite instead.
