At TecDrome in Sim Lim Square. Chances are prices will be the same if you're buying alone. I've never seen Wacom drop their tablet prices before AT ALL except during promotions (i.e. COMEX)

Never use before so can't comment on the mouse.
The distributor should have the optional accessories. You can e-mail them and ask about it.
