What the deal with 150X sd?

Hi all, I currently own a SD850IS. Just thinking what the different between 150X and normal SD card? I want to record video with this camera and will it affect the quality if I used normal card?

Quality of images won't be affected, all a faster card ensures is that reading and writing to it is faster. But a P&S like an ixus probably wouldn't utilize the speed advantage of faster cards since it is bottlenecked by the memory interface on the camera. Still, it would be useful for downloading pictures faster on a card reader.
