A 54MZ-3 would do as well ;)

Not sure, but I believe the answer is no. Anyway, if u have a PC that is fast in downloading stuff from the internet, go to Adobe website to download. I believe it is free. Cheers!:rbounce:

Hi fellow CP5700 owners. I've read from Megapixel.Net (www.megapixel.net) that the CP5700 comes with Adobe Photoshop Elements, is that true. I didn't get that software in my package! How about you folks?

I don' t think they include the sw in the package......if not, where got so cheap?:dunno:

Hi guys, a fellow cp5700 user here. Would like to get a speedlite at the end of the month. But facing the same problems as your previous posts.

I'm considering between the SB-22s and the SB-50DX. But Hate the battery type the 50DX uses. BUT will NEED the AF assist illuminator the 50DX has to offer.
Hope that the 50DX users can comment on the AF assist illuminator. Whether or not it serves its intended purpose, or if it's useless.

Last but not least, please let me know of the prices you guys bought the Speedlites and where. Or any other recommendations? what I need is:

1) something with about GN 26 or MORE
2) AF assist illuminator
3) Price below $350

Thanks in advance.

didn't Ckiang say that the AF assist illuminator doesn't work?

ya.... actually I didn't read properly. Found out later after reading some posts made in drpreview forums.

Sigh.... digicams limitations.

Seems like the SB-22s is the way to go.

Yes, unless you have a lot of dough to burn. If that is the case, i can help you to burn also

does the camera do TTL with other non-DX flash? If it does, you might want to consider a 2nd hand SB24 which is as powerful as the SB80DX but cost slightly more than the SB22S.

SB24 can be used with 5700 but does not support the TTL function , I think:

SB-24
