Why don't you try Windows Live movie maker? it is free for Windows.

You can use Windows Live Movie Maker, or if you want to invest, get Adobe Premiere Pro.

Okie, So far I have confirm tat iMovie has the comic book template I mentioned. I went to best denki try out their apple desktop. Then I discover iPad also have iMovie installed there but no the mentioned comic book template is there...

1. any kind soul know how to get hold of the template to install in iPad?

2. I realize Mac is real good (no lag) for doing such projects as u can drag the movie and it will play accordingly with no lag. I never see PC doing this. Am I outdated already or PC also can do as good as Mac...

PC can also do the same, if you have good hardware and enough memory like the Macs you tried.

although using windows, the chances of computer hangs is more as compared to mac OS (almost to none!)

I had a macbook pro for work once. It hangs as much as the windows laptop I was using.

hmm then dat's weird, i been using my macbook pro for work and leisure (mainly using firefox for surfing, lightroom 3 + CS4 for photo editing) for 1 year plus, haven really face any hangs (except once that i need to do a force reboot).

I totally disagree. I work with both every day and the mac has come the closest to taking a long flight out the window...
