by design, the rotary engines are already more efficient as the energy produced is already turning the output shaft, instead of the conventional engines where you have the piston moving up and down, then converted into a rotary motion. furthermore, the engine didn't have to wait 4 strokes for the power stroke to come. It is continuously firing. power is in every turn. Amazing stuff.
