Sorry, but what is the capacity? 1GB?? Which floor/shop at Sim Lim?

Sorry I forgot to mention capacity. It's a 512MB.

I bought a 512MB version and is rated 60x and waterproof(maybe you can wash it in the washing machine if you like).

I set my FZ20's picture size to the highest resolution(jpeg) and set the burst mode to high.

As I press the shutter, 4 shots were taken and there is almost not lag at the end of the burst to write the data to the card.. I would say its probably less than 1/2 a second to write the 4 high quality pictures. I could almost do another burst sequence right after.

2 thumps up for this card. Highly recommended for the FZ20.

Laser, 5th floor SLS:

1GB Kingmax Platinum = $170
512MB Kingmax Platinum = $95

Peace!!

I want to get a 1gb for my FZ20. I had read the posts here and seems that Kingmax is quite ok. Instead of getting from the states which I think it is cheaper, I would buy it locally to avoid the hasslement.

I really don't mind other brands too as long as they are reasonably priced. Anyone knows where to get a 1gb card of lowest price recently? Is $170 the best price for kingmax? Thank you.

FZ3 and FZ20 may not be able to support beyond 512MB SD card. 1GB may pose a problem.

Check your manual and call Panasonic to confirm. ;) IMO, your camera will take longer to access a 1GB than a 512mb card. This may create a bottle neck and cause your camera to stall. Anyway just my opinion. Btw, 512mb can last 200+ shots at 5MP, why 1Gb SD? Do you do a lot of videos? Wouldn't it be better to have 2x 512mb rather than 1x 1GB SD? Like not putting all your eggs in one basket.

the manual shows until 1gb
