Anyone can provide info .

We are preparing an oversea tender for our IT related application ,
and one of the clause mention they require the following

1) Digital (Audio/Video) Recorder and Editing (AV) equipment

Can someone advise me what is that and possible to give me some indicating cost .

Is it for online editing or offline editing? Post-production or something else?
Look at other required items in the tender spec and the installation location, it may help.
As for price, sorry I can't help. It depends on your overall costings and the value of the tender.
