What do you meant by "edit" here? Have u try shooting in RAW before?

whatever you are suggesting, explaining, educating to him, will not go inside his mind, cos this thread is posted only three weeks ago.

i would like to be the 2nd man or back up photographer.
i dont like to do edits/post processing.
Freelance weekends only.
after events,i will pass the files to the main photographer.

You mean Polaroids.
Yes, Polaroid photos can be "edited". There was a special interest group who would manipulate the Polaroid photo while it was being developed.

A cser here mention that " Edit mean it Fake". Very interesting... let me ask the bros and sisters here this question cuz i getting confused after reading what he say. In the modern day now, does shooting in black & white consider edit? well... my personal point of view i would say YES. So does that mean any photographer that ever shoot in black & white before, i mean even those pro that wins award is consider fake too from my point of view? What i m trying to say here is that there are no right or wrong in photography... so long u get the job done, your client is happy and you are happy and that it. I m sorry if i offend anybody but all these is truly my personal point of view. To all fellow cser's here, feel free to alighten me if you think i m wrong or share with me your point of view too.

Editing brings out what you visualise the image as in your mind.

The camera can only do so much.

Don't process also can, if you are really really good. But if you are just purely not editing just to save time, then its a different issue.
