what does these term means?

I am having problem converting movies into mp4 to be played with my Nokia N97. I am using "videora" btw. Pls help me to understand what is the difference between these :

1) H.264 VGA 1024kbps Stereo/128kbps
2) H.264 VGA 1024kbps Stereo/128kbps 2-Pass
3) H.264 VGA 1024kbps Stereo/128kbps AviSynth
4) MPEG4 VGA 1024kbps Stereo/128kbps
5) MPEG4 VGA 1024kbps Stereo/128kbps 2-Pass
6) MPEG4 VGA 1024kbps Stereo/128kbps AviSynth

Any help is greatly appreciated.

very simple...

[A:H.264] [B:VGA ] [C:1024kbps] [D:Stereo/128kbps]

A- Codec
B- Video size, in this, VGA=640x480
C- Bitrate
D- Sound

the rest are just extra encoding stuff.
