Not matter what camera u use, as long the couple is comfortable with you and like your style or whatever. That enough. After they pick their own photographer.

But seriously, to retouch of face feature, or add wording, borders, effect is very subjective, my personally view is: my picture is good enough, don’t always have to add this or add that, if customers want it, sure, no problem, I’ll do it for them, with a cost.

if the shooters use a high end camera but use the chapalang cf card how ???
if the shooters use pc to edit the photo not mac how ???

of coz b4 engaging the cameraman u've gotta to see the portfolio, that is a must. . . if the product is gd be it d70 or 20d or fm2, does it matters ??(but it does not give the pro look laa)
if the product koyak case then the cameraman kena slaughter laa. . . . hehehehh
