What do you bring when shooting wedding events?

Hmm you guys do bring a lot for events. Why waste all the energy in carrying stuff, when you can have the energy to run around and yet save time in not changing lens ?

i just bring my camera with 17-55, it covers almost everything. Its something like 28-70 on digital.

I do bring a spare set of glasses also just in case my specs break

What about camera bags? What bag do you guys use?

Good ol lowepro Nova 3 AW. I saw one ah pek wearing shorts and slippers carrying and my friend goes, hey he's carrying the LV version of camera bags ...

:dunno: are camera bags to be more than what its supposed to do ?

As for the weight, will get use to it after a while.

Remember when I was appointed MG gunner back in NS days, lugging the F*&king 12.5kg gun and a back load of 500 rounds plus my standard stuff in my fullpack is like going to hell, but after a while, I run faster than my comander thats carrying a carbine and a 732 signal set...
