What can you use this for?

I have mucho experience with 3M brand hook and loop albeit not on a set. The regular stuff has some really good adhesive backing. The thought that comes to my mind is I wonder if the strength of the adhesive backing on this Dual Lock stuff is also 5 times stronger than velcro? 5 times more expensive lah??? (In the upholstery shop I sew this stuff on if I can so that it stays put.) (Which makes me think wardrobe would love the stuff!)

An aside - in the past I have used loop tape (the fuzzy soft stuff) wrapped around my finger tips when working with abrasive materials. Totally not what it was designed for yet extremely effective for what I was trying to prevent.
