What camera bags are you all using?

What would be a good choice to put the following :

A SLR (without vertical grip) + a 2x teleconverter + Tokina 100-300 f4 with lens hood on in assembled position.
A Metz 40MZ2 or similar flash.
A Digital camera, eg. a A1.
A 8x25 or 8x30 bino.

Must be a _backpack_ with compartments to well organise a lot of small accessories, with everything easily accessable and must fit under a airline seat.

Does something like this exist or am I asking for too much.

A lowepro bagpack may be a good idea

I think you better bring your stuff to CP and try before buying. That was what I did
