What are the basic things that you need to provide to rent out your hdb room?

Plan to rent out a room. Do you need to provide - cupboard, mattress, table, heater?

A better question would be... how much more $$$$ could you ask for in rent... between an empty room... and a room with cupboard, mattress and other stuffs...

I presume you have your answer already but it all depends.
1. Bed with mattress
2. Cupboard

The rest are probably optional. Discuss with your tenant to see what else they need as sometimes, they prefer not to have certain things also (or they may have their own already).
