Ohhh don't follow me, wild guess because it fun. Your guess is as good as mine brother. This is difficult to guess as micro printing can be for many things stamps,intricate object,etc.

There is some sandy particles so money is quite wrong.
The print surface I is paper like so I think it a certificate

Actually, to be more precise, microprinting usually refers to printing of ultra-tiny text as an anti-counterfeiting measure for currency etc. So this photo is not a good example of microprinting because you cannot see any tiny text here.
