Yes, you will need to buy a lens reversing ring, which looks like this.
I bought mine for about 10 bucks from EBay, obviously you will need to
buy the correct one with the right camera mount and filter size.
In my case, I bought a Nikon mount 52mm lens reversing ring.

And I think using this method, the focusing will be manual rite?

yes, focusing will be manual. not only focusing, but metering, iso setting etc....totally manual, because the lens is decoupled from the camera. :)

but in short, is it just like DSLR manual mode, but the aperture blades wide open (unless is manual lens), read it somewhere before...

that's right. you can control the aperture though, just a bit more tricky if you shooting with a lens without aperture ring :)

I believe the tricky thing is holding the dof preview button and changing lens etc....I'll stick on to my raynox for now :)
