Plan :TCSS then Sunrise Shoot. For the Onz ones, there is alway night shoot...
Budget : less than $15/pax.(mainly buy food and drinks to last through the night)

best sunset if not wrong is the pier there which is quite a distance away. will firm up on the meeting pt and stuffs soon...
