Weird strips on films

Try without unsharp mask & ICE.

Usually I scan neat, without any settings turned on.

not at expert on this in anyway. But.

I developed this myself but i damaged it. Didn't wash enough, and didnt put enough photoflo.
Negs got sticky and stuck surface to surface = scratch/lines.

Yours is colour, so must be machine at labs do one right? dont know if its same problem. just sharing.

Yes, it was developed at Konota. Could be just a bad batch.
