Recipe...cannot lah. Don't hv it with me. Can only roughly remember the ingredients: -

1. Soup stock
2. Lemon grass
3. Lime leaves
4. Fish sauce
5. Galangal
6. Chilli padi
7. Lime juice

These makes up the soup base. er....this is the clear type of tom yam hor. Not the red ones.

You can throw in any ingredients (straw mushrooms, baby corns, seafood, etc) you want.
