I think nothing to do with patient, just that older ppl majority are more stubborn one. i use to have some older worker and they don't really like to change the style even if it is for their own good.:lovegrin:

age doesnt matter to me. my senior 2 yrs older than me, thinks & acts like lao ah mm. i talk 1 sentence, she returned me 100 sentences. she die die wants me to adjust to her way of doings things and i hate that. esp when she talks thru the as*
