i think i'll go destress myself after work.
coconuts = laxative effects. try papaya lah :sticktong
think i'll opt for porridge. not much appetite.. though hungry.. weird feeling :confused:
should have taken urgent leave today, so tired :sweatsm:

Afternoon people.. had a bad night last night and the storm is still boiling in my home :confused:
 

Took a five hour nap(think it is my personal record).

Feeling alot betta now, come to think of it....it is the adjustments, food and yes, tat nasty habit of mine(smoking) is back. Little exercise too :(

Now I am writing a list of NOT TO DO THINGs liao.

-No ciggies
-Less supper
-Exercise and sweat more
-eat more vegetarian meals(jeans is getting again)
-Focus, dilly dally abit (backlog of things to do)



Wish me luck........
