when i start work at 8.30am & rch home almost 9pm? how to exercise?

I juz cut down on my food intake n do a lot exercise at gym at least 4-3 times a week for at least 2 hrs! (During my 2 times successful slimming down period) I usually dun jog.;p

huh? late nite exercise is good too.
i ever seen ppl go jogging at 2+am while i was on my way back after chiong.
