today eat nothing... just drink water... every food see le like so sick... Want to see how long can I last like this

Wow what happen.. sound like us.. every month have a few days like that
dun worry after this few days u will eat like cow

Just like me.. last night after dinner ate a stick ice cream and half packet of chips

I somehow feel life meaningless... so food means nothing to me le....

yes, i believe part of my stress come from myself. see all my friends move on in their life while I'm in the same place for so long, going in circle, thinking of this, makes me cry uncountable time le. Plus, I'm really tired hiding the real me le....

There is this untensil that has a lot of thorn that you use to scrub the pineapple. Don't need to cut away the 'heart' of the pineapple. sarawak pineapple very ex. normal pineapple will do because you need to add sugar and naturally it will become sweet. Make sure after bake you let it cool down totally before storage if not get moody very easily.:sweat:
