Hahaha........ I juz read tat thread. Nonsense lah! :bsmilie: We are juz chit chating in tis thread. Nvr really read this thread n say the way the rate of this thread r going r like a lot of ppl like to go on unhealthy diet w/o excerising.
I still believe in eating healthly n exercise lah! Must control nt to eat junk food. Eat less fatty, less calories, less starchy, less carbo n less oily food. Eat 3 balance meal wif moderate portion or break into 5 small portion meal.
Only recently, I sometimes miss my meal becoz nvr buy any food n at the same time nt really hungry, nt purposely trying to skip meal to diet. Haiz... must kick tis bad habit if nt I will spoil my health. Must take a balance meal regularly liao. ;p
