Should be per hour I think, common rates nowadays, unless I am seriously mistaken, then hiring someone local in Meleka might make more sense.

My take on this is that you might be mistaken.
I reckon he meant $100 per day. Because for 3 full days which will probably come up to $2000 plus SGD, you can get pretty good photographers in melaka already.

I have friends who are PG in Malaysia so i guess this.

If they have higher budget they won't post in this forum.

My thoughts is more like $100 for all 3 days. Argument is all meals and accommodations provided....
