Webspace Usage - Attention!!

We have recently discovered an error in the configuration of the Gallery software which was not providing accurate usage data to our system.

This is currently being fixed and webspace users are advised that they will be receiving email and notification that their webspace limits have been exceeded.

If you received the email, you will have up to 14 days to "spring-clean" your Galleries and Albums, otherwise your account will be locked.

This error does not affect webspace users who are not utilising the free pre-installed Gallery software.

We apologise for the oversight in configuration and the late notification.

To check your webspace disk usage :-

go to http://domain.clubsnap.org/login.html (eg: http://darren.clubsnap.org/login.html)

Login with your Control Panel username (max 8 characters) and password.

Your usage statistics (transfer traffic and disk usage) are on the left-hand sidebar.

For those that have exceeded or near their disk resource limits, please do the necessary housekeeping.

Accounts will be suspended automatically after a while (max 7 days from first notice) if the disk usage still exceeds the resource limit after several email notices have been sent.
