Hello guys!

I just went HSBC Treetop today. Let me share my experience here.

Ermm please note, there is only one entrance... and its a single direction for the tree top walk... The shortcut way to get to the entrance is to walk from Venus Drive (click on the road name for the map... then u can see which bus stop to alight and what bus to take). Then walk inwards towards the carpark (see map)... there is a small trail besides the carpark to bring u to HSBC treetop. For my walking speed (periodically taking pictures), it took me nearly 1.5-2 hours to reach the entrance! And actually... weekdays will be a better day to go, since the tree top walk is a single direction and only allows 1 person to walk through it... if u go on weekends (even today!) ... you can't really stop much along to take your time to take photos... cos behind you will have ppl waiting for you to make your move before they can make their move...

Please bring a bottle of water to prevent dehydration (cos there is no place selling drinks until you reach the ranger station) and insect repellent (for me i dun need it haha) ... And dun walk too fast... keep some stamina cos there is a very very steep slope (uphill) just before the entrance. Good luck! :)

Yes, sinned79 is right...

We will be meeting at Ang Mo Kio MRT Station @ 7.15am. We will go over to board the bus towards the venus drive at AMK Ave 3 and then alight outside Flame Tree Park Along Upp Thomson Road.

NOTE : When you come out from the station gantries, go straightout. There is a Taxi Stand there. We will gather somewhere near there. If you cannot find... CALL!!! Please be punctual, we will not wait for rubber timers...

- Wear a hat since much of the walk will be in the open.
- Bring enough drinking water to last the walk. Also bring easy-to-digest snack to energise.
