Wanted: Photo service for food photography

I am looking for photographer/company that can do the following:

Food photography
Objective: Complete assignment to help a restaurant take and reproduce photographs of food dishes for presentation on signboard, menu and advertising collaterals.

• Take digital (at least 10 megapixels or better on DLSR or medium format) photographs of 10 dishes of food for a restaurant
• Can commit to assignment this week (29 Dec onwards) or in the week of 4th Jan 09
• Must travel to restaurant and complete assignment at restaurant
• Duration of shoot should be 3 hours or more, to give time for chef to cook dishes on the spot
• Produce distinct shots of each of the 10 dishes of food
• Able to take photographs of food to make them attractive and palatable
• Can undertake this food photography assignment using own camera, lenses and lighting equipment
• Provide a 12x18 inch photo-quality UV-resistant print-out of each of the 10 shots of dishes
• Provide DVD-ROM containing the digital (TIFF or PSD format) original high resolution of images used for reproduction of above 10 prints
• Complete assignment (inclusive of taking photographs, developing 10 images for approval of client, printing approved 10 images, and delivering DVD-ROM media and 10 prints to client) within 1 week (inclusive of Sat/Sun)
• Photographer for the assignment must have a good portfolio of food photography to back up professionalism
