could you rephrase/explain on this?



is there anything else that has to be done? like what ricoh and i experienced, it just does not seem to be long enough to touch both top and bottom connectors. and, actually, if you go to a thrift store, 4 x LR44 is actually cheaper than a 4LR44.

sorry my mistake, yes it's actually shutter priority. I always use manual mode so I forgot, also the light meter in the viewfinder shows the recommended F-stop instead of shutter speed. Eg: numbers in VF are 1.4, 2, 2.8 etc

My battery compartment metal spring had enough bounce to take up the extra space, it didn't feel loose either. I've done this in other cameras taking 4LR44 too, like the Minox 35.

i guess its because yours got spring thats y can. i think the AE-1 does not have a spring .

i never use the manual mode. the indicator is in terms of numbers, quite confusing. :bsmilie:
