Walk around with Nikonos V

I not too sure this is a range finder or an SLR but it built quite similar to my ex Bessa R. took it oversea to Bali for a photography trip
with my fellow NAFA classmates. We were approached by the local kid to pay them for a hour of photography model for us. each about a dollar $USD.
they are so good at posing and create water splashing effect like what you see in the magazines.

nice! i used to have the nikonos iv with the nikkor 35/f2.5 lens... you know back in the days of vietnam war, some photographers used the nikonos as it was quite indestructible and humidity-resistant...

Yeah, I saw the green version of it use for army...

thanks for sharing your pictures of bali, but i think that the various versions of the nikonos were all scale focused, not quite rangefinder or SLR... but it made a heck of an all terrain, all weather, waterproof camera!!

btw, my first read registered as "NASA classmates"... wah!!
