Hello all,
For sale good working condition Nikonos V underwater camera. Cosmetically, its pretty good (see picture). This camera is very useful for shooting at the beach/pool (cuz its water proof) or for diving. Especially so if you find underwater casing a hassle.
Nikonos V is the most advance version among the Nikonos series and has a very desirable metering system with the shutter speed readout available within the viewfinder. The principal advantage of the Nikonos is the ability to use fully water-corrected lenses in wide-angle photography.
Modes: Manual, Aperture Priority Auto, TTL Flash, & B.
Shutter speeds: Man 1/30 to 1/1000s, Auto 30s to 1/1000s, special M 1/90s mode works without battery. X-sync @ 1/90, 1/60, & 1/30s.
Film speeds: ISO 25-1600 (25-400 for TTL flash). External ISO selector allows exposure bracketing.
Viewfinder built in for 35mm lens (full field corresponds to 28mm view). Viewfinder LED display gives metered speed and flash status. A standard accessory shoe on the top of the camera allows viewfinders for other lenses to be mounted.
Camera has a 35mm f2.5 lens which is in good condition. Camera body has user marks available in photos. All functions working perfectly, including meter, shutter, B mode, etc. O-ring for the film door is intact!
