yo guys need some help here...i just got a grahics card for my comp...currenly im running on my onboard graphics...but somehow after installing the new card, it seems like i am still running on the onboard graphics...is there any way thru BIOS or watever method that i can diable it and use the card instead...hope there is sumone who can help me in this...been stuck for 4 hours trying to figure out this ****...sigh...thanks
 

i think you can disable it in the Bios, i don't know exactly how cuz i don't know what version of BIOS you are using. I did the same thing with my Onboard LAN when i installed new LAN card, seems to work though.
 

Before you check ur bios, check ur "systems" in your "control panel" as well.
The "hardware devices" portion.. Just make sure the driver for your graphics card is enabled.

Not sure about your integrated graphics card, but it might be there as well. So might be able to disable it from there.
 

yah i disabled the integrated one already...then when i plug my monitor to the graphics card, there is no output. im running on a MSI motherboard.
