Is the carolling fixed at a particular place or moving around from places to places?
Maybe I can.....
Maybe pcman also can.....

I do not understand why a photographer's work not being paid is being taken as the organiser's. Can anyone tell me? Although I am not a pro or whatever....

Agreed. Shouldn't it be the other way round? the rights should stay with the photographer and YMCA can use the photos with the photographers' permission???

Perhaps the YMCA simply wishes to avoid the additional hassle of having to seek consent or license of the copyrights from the photographer to use the photos, so thats why it states upfront that the rights are theirs :P one thing though, an express assignment of copyrights to YMCA needs to be gotten as the rights dont "automatically" go over just like that. however, it may be implied that whoever joins as photographer has implicitly assigned their rights as the "advertisement" posted by Dagger says that the assignment si subject to the rights being given to YMCA.

more headaches :P HEHE.
