I hope this is posted at the right section.
We are in need of volunteer photographers to cover for our Charity event (details below) on the 20th Sep 2008.
I'm not sure about the copyright being practised here but I hope you can let us have copies of the photos you will shoot on that day, we don't mind if your photos have your trademark/signatures. Do advise me if I'm wrong.
3 volunteer areas needed.
1) Venue: ITE Ang Mo Kio
Time: 8.30am till 1.00pm
What will happen?:
- Arrival volunteers and cars and Guest-of-Honour, and auditorium speeches
- Loading of food-hampers in volunteer vehicles
- 80 volunteer cars and 10 sports cars will line up at the grid like a race-start
- Gust-of-Honour will flag off cars at 12.30pm
2) Venue: ITE Ang Mo Kio to unknown delivery location
Time: 12.00pm till 3.00pm
What will happen?:
- After the flag-off, an entourage of sports cars and motorcycles with Guest-of-Honour will proceed to 2 delivery locations to deliver food-hampers to under-privileged Singaporeans.
3) Venue: Eunos CC
Time: 3.00pm till 9.00pm
What will happen?:
- Volunteer vehicles will pick up last hamper from Eunos CC to deliver to final recipient and will also pick them up from their homes to have a mass-breaking-fast session here.
- To be confirmed - A Lamborghini will take under-privileged kids for a ride around Eunos CC extate.
- A mass breaking-fast/dinner session of 300 persons to be held here before calling it a day.

Motives: To deliver hampers containing food stuff and home appliances to needy Singaporeans at their residences.
Objectives: Instill sense of awareness in our youths/volunteers on the plight of the less privileged section of the community. Also to encourage the spirit of giving and sharing among youth volunteers.
Theme: Motorsports
Date: Saturday 20th September 2008
Start/End Time: 9am till 8pm
Flag off: 12pm
Start Venue: ITE Ang Mo Kio
End Venue: Eunos CC
Guest of Honour: Mr Zainul Abidin Rasheed - (Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Mayor, North East District)
Special Guest: Mr Zainudin Nordin (Mayor, Central Singapore District)
