Hey Chiif, when is the lens arriving at your desk? :p

I wonder if VC will keep the M-mount for their cameras. I doubt the bodies will be cheap though, expecting about 1.3 to 1.5k.

do they have digital expertise?

it would make sense if they license oly/panny sensors and modules to deliver digital rangefinders.

but to introduce another pure m4/3 product probably doesn't seem to make a lot of sense. the market is getting squeezed by more and more competing EVIL formats.

Looks like a great lens.
It is only for m4/3 format?
I wonder if this could be used for the 1.5x crop Nex5?

wow!!!

Not M mount?

Its a steal for 899euros, works out to prob 1.6k sgd? 25mm F0.95, street lens mania!!!!!!

so.... a bessa R digital with M mount but 4/3 sensor ? :)

:bigeyes::sweat:
I was going to sell my E-P2. Now really in a dilemma :dunno:

Looking forward to the sample pictures.. Hope Chiif can provide more information on when it'll reach our shores. ;-)

Interesting lens.

Can i use my existing LTM or M mount lens on a m4/3?

if its a LTM, can i use a LTM lens, add on a M mount then add on a m4/3 adapter??? to use it on gf1?

You can:
for LTM lenses
LTM lens + LTM-to-M43 mount adapter
or
LTM lens + LTM-to-M mount adapter + M-to-M43 mount adapter

for M lenses
M lens + M-to-M43 mount adapter

Just look for chiif for the correct adapter

Interesting lens.

when I first saw it was so excited I didnt realise it was M4/3 mount :bsmilie:, thought it was M mount.

I thought the poor man, myself, can finally afford a "budget" wide angle summilux :bsmilie:

I love anything below 50mm. 25mm F0.95, if its M mount will be a wet dream come through at that kinda price
